Do I Need an Appointment?
PLEASE PRE-INSPECT your items and bring them ready to sell and ON HANGERS.
We have 4 options.
- SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
(preferred for new consignors)
If you would like us to inspect your drop-offs while you are here, you will need to make an appointment so that we can make sure we are staffed and can give you the attention we would like to. We prefer to make appointments Tuesday through Thursday between 1pm and 5pm, but will gladly make exceptions as needed. Please let us know approximately how many items you will be bringing in. Don’t forget to bring them on hangers. We can provide hangers for you.
- EXPRESS DROP-OFF:
No appointment needed, 12 items or less on hangers for existing consignors. We will inspect your items after you drop-off and donate anything that doesn’t pass inspection. This is the easiest selection for us. We don’t have notify you and find a place to save the items until you pick them up.
- LIMITED EXPRESS DROP-OFF:
No appointment needed, 12 items or less on hangers for existing consignors. We will inspect your items after you drop-off and call you with anything that doesn’t pass our ABC’S Checklist. There is a $1 fee that will be deducted from your account for this option. We will store them for ONE WEEK to allow you time to pick them up. If not picked up within one week we will donate them to the charity of our choice.
- WALK-INS
No appointment . We will treat this as an Express Drop-Off or Limited Express Drop-Off. (see above)
