Returns
In store purchases are final.
Online purchases have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for store credit. Initial shipping will not be credited.
If your item is not as described, defective, or damaged, you might be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it, including the tags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit refund.
If you are approved, then your credit refund will be processed, and a gift certificate will issued and emailed to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Consignment Cat, 1235 Rucker Drive, Enterprise AL 36330, United States. Contact us and we can email you a shipping label, we will subtract the cost from your credit refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
