Consignment Cat ships from Enterprise, Alabama, United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 business hours. During sales events, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage and provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind consignment pieces, we encourage customers to review item descriptions carefully and request measurements prior to purchasing if additional fit information is needed. We are happy to help whenever possible. 💜

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Free shipping promotions apply only when qualifying order thresholds are met. If a return causes the remaining order total to fall below the promotional threshold, shipping and promotional discounts may be adjusted accordingly.

Consignment Cat is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or shipping delays caused by weather or postal service interruptions. However, we will gladly assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
