Do you buy clothes?
No, we do not buy clothes outright. We operate on a consignment model. That means we set up a consignor account for you, list and promote your items in-store and online, and when your items sell, your account is automatically updated with your consignor split.
How does your consignment work?
Here are the basics:

No appointments needed—drop off during open hours (Tue–Sat).

Pre-inspect items: Clothing should be freshly laundered, wrinkle-free, and in excellent condition.

We are selective: We curate inventory carefully and may only accept a portion of what you bring.

Remember the ABC’s: Age (less than 5 years old), Brand (Tier 2–Luxury only), Condition (excellent, no flaws), and Season (current season styles).

Processing window: Please allow up to 10 days for your items to be entered and ready for sale.

Presentation matters: Items must be on hangers.
How often do you get new items in?
We add 50–75 new items every day, all brought in by our consignors. Every piece is one-of-a-kind, so when it’s gone—it’s gone!

What sizes do you carry?
We carry women’s and teen sizes from 00 through 3X. Our goal is to always stock inclusive sizing so everyone can find something fabulous.
How long have you been open?
Consignment Cat opened on January 9, 2010. We’ve been proudly serving Enterprise and surrounding communities for over a decade.
What is your return policy?
In-Store Purchases: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for items purchased in-store. Please inspect your items carefully before purchase.
Online Purchases (Shopify & eBay): We follow platform-standard return rules. Most items are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and tags are attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is not as described. See our Online Return Policy page for details.
What is your consignor payout split?

Consignor payout ranges from 35% to 60% of the selling price, depending on brand tier and item category.

Higher-end Luxury items may qualify for the maximum split. Everyday basics are typically on the lower end of the range.
How do I get paid?

On-Demand Payouts: Stop by the store anytime to pick up your earnings. Many consignors choose cash or apply it toward shopping (with a 10% store credit bonus if you shop the same day).

Mailed Checks: We can mail a check for a $1 fee if you call and request it.

Frequency: Payouts are available anytime your account has a balance—no waiting until the end of the month.
Do you accept all brands?
We only accept items in our approved brand tiers (Tier 2 through Luxury). We do not accept Tier 1 budget/fast fashion brands, loungewear, or items with excessive wear, odor, or damage.
