Frequently asked questions

Do you buy clothes?
No, we do not buy clothes outright. We set up a consignor account for you and sell them at our store. When your items sell, your account is automatically updated with your consignor split. We let you pick up money you've earned any time.
How does your consignment work?
Here are the basics:
-For the best experience, first time consignors should make an appointment and read our policies before appointment time.
-Please pre-inspect your items before appointment.
-We are very "finicky" and typically only take about half of what comes through our door.
-Remember ABC's; Age, Brand, Condition, and Season.
-Your items should be less than 5 years old, quality brands, in excellent condition, and fit in with the current season.
-We prefer you to bring your items on hangers.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes 00 to 22 for ladies and teens.
How long have you been open?
We opened our doors on January 9th, 2010.
What are your store hours?
 Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10am - 6pm
Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
Thursday: 10am - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: Closed
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Refer to our "Refund Policy" page for more information.
